The purpose of the Body-Worn Camera Policy and Implementation Program is to Support Law Enforcement Agencies (BWCPIP-LEA) to fund the purchase of body-worn cameras (BWCs) that are implemented as part of comprehensive BWC programs. Eligible Entities include Local, State, and Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies.
