Loans and loan guarantees to establish and facilitate the growth of local and regional food markets under the B&I program; at least 5 percent of B&I funding is reserved each year for this purpose. Eligible entities include Rural Businesses (businesses located outside of a city or town with a population of fewer than 50,000 people).
