Challenge America offers support primarily to small organizations for projects in all artistic disciplines that extend the reach of the arts to populations that are underserved. Eligible entities include Local Governments, State Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Special District Governments, Nonprofits, Privarte institutions of higher education, Public and Statec controlled institutions of higher education, Independent school districts.
