Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grants support the development of comprehensive neighborhood revitalization plans which focus on directing resources to address three core goals: Housing, People and Neighborhood. Eligible entities include Local Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Nonprofits, and Public Housing Authorities.
