Monitoring projects may include: gathering baseline data on current conditions in a watershed, evaluating the specific efforts of management actions, or comparing similar watershed components before and after a project. Eligible entities include Local Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Nonprofits, and Institutions of Higher Education.
