Fund projects that redue the environmental and health impacts of materials and products at all stages of their lifecycle, such as helping reduce waste, building capacity for reuse and repair and supporting responsible recycling. Eligible entities include Local Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Nonprofits, Institutes of Higher Education, and Small Businesses.
