Two types of programs: Infrastructure and Non-infrastructure. Infrastructure focuses on making sure safe biking and walking routes exist through investments in crossings, sidewalks and bike lanes, flashing beacons. Non-infrastructure focuses on education and outreach to assure awareness and safe use of biking and biking routes. Eligible entities include Local Governments, ODOT, Federally Recognized Tribes, Transit Districts, and other Road Authorities.
