The Second Chance Act Youth Offender Reentry Program offers grants to provide reentry services and programs for youth with the goals of reducing recidivism and improving outcomes for youth returning to their communities after detention or out-of-home placement. Eligible Entitie include Local Governments, State Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, and Nonprofits.
