The Small Community Initiative is available to towns with populations under 15,000 people, not adjacent to a urban area, and not inside a metropolitan area. Grants will be provided for up to 4 years to assist communities with infrastructure to support fundraising efforts, event coordination/management, crowd-sourcing idea generation, nonprofit directory and partner search, and provide social connections, expertise and ideas.
