Enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops. Specialty crops are defined as fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops (including floriculture). Funds awarded to Oregon Dept of Agriculture who then awards funds to specific programs and pilots. Eligible entities include Local Governments, Nonprofits, For-Profits, Producer Groups, Commodity Commissions, and Public and Private Colleges/Universities.
