WEP loans and grants provide funding for clean reliable drinking water systems wastewater and solid waste treatment systems, wastewater and solid waste treatment systems, and storm water drainage systems to homes and businesses in eligible rural areas with populations of 10,000 or fewer. Eligible entities include Local Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Nonprofits.
