The Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments provides assistance with grant and loan applications for eligible community projects, such as public infrastructure, community buildings, engineering studies and other community investments. Staff can provide assistance to members with the preparation of funding applications and, in many cases, the administration of projects.
